Welcome to One Tap Bio (“One Tap Bio”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Authentication is provided through our identity partner; you agree to their applicable terms as well.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the links, images, videos, text, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant One Tap Bio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights necessary to share it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate privacy;
• share content that is sexually explicit involving minors, that incites violence, that promotes hate, or that is otherwise harmful;
• send spam, malware, or phishing material, or attempt to deceive visitors of your page;
• probe, scan, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Service or attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours;
• resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

4. Sensitive content

If your profile includes adult, graphic, or otherwise sensitive material, you must enable the “Sensitive Material” toggle in your dashboard so visitors receive a content warning. You remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

5. Paid features

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund eligibility will be presented at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you is no longer commercially viable. On termination, your public profile will be taken offline; we may retain limited records as required for legal or operational reasons.

7. Intellectual property

One Tap Bio, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors. Except for the limited rights to use the Service granted to you here, no other rights are granted.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Tap Bio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD $50.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold One Tap Bio harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of One Tap Bio is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
