Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information One Tap Bio (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website and services (collectively, the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information

3. Sharing your information

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the Service. These currently include:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of One Tap Bio, our users, or the public.

4. Public profile data

Content you publish to your One Tap Bio page is publicly accessible by design. Don’t include personal information you wouldn’t want strangers to see. You can mark a profile as “noindex” from the dashboard to ask search engines not to list it, but the page itself remains reachable by anyone with the link.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and profile content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile from the public Service promptly and delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we’re required to retain it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encrypted databases, and least-privilege access controls. No system is 100% secure, however; you use the Service at your own risk and should notify us promptly of any suspected compromise of your account.

7. International transfers

The Service is operated using infrastructure based in the United States and the European Union. By using the Service you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly from your dashboard, or by contacting us. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you through the Service.
